Rules of arrival and departure

 

  1. The rules of Hostel are obligatory for all guests staying in the hostel.
  2. The hostel is open 24 hours a day.
  3. Estimated time of check-in is 14:00.
  4. Check-out time 12: 00
  5. By filling in the "guest card", the client agrees to the processing and storage of personal data by the staff of the hostel, as well as the rules of payment and accommodation in the Hostel. Rules of accommodation are located at the Reception.
  6. The place is provided to guests upon presentation of an identity document (passport).
  7. When granting a place to a foreign citizen (or stateless), specified persons provide additional documents of migration registration (migration card, filled at the entrance to the Russian Federation, visa valid in the territory of the Russian Federation).
  8. People over 18 years have the right to stay in the Hostel without an adult.
  9. People under 18 years must be accompanied by parents, legal representatives, guardians or group leaders (sports, sightseeing, school groups and others), with the required provision of relevant documents. Accompanying people are fully responsible for life, health, safety and conduct of people they accompany.
  10. When checking in, the client pays the full cost of living in the hostel. The amount paid is non-refundable.
  11. Accommodation of one child up to 5 years (inclusive) without taking a single sleeping place in rooms that are not shared – for free.
  12. At the time of check-in, the guest receives a key from the personal locker and hand Luggage box.
  13. The rooms are not divided into male and female.
  14. If the guest is late for more than 3 hours, the reservation will be canceled, unless otherwise agreed between the guest and the administration.
  15. The administration is not responsible for the safety of things left unattended.
  16. If desired, the guest room can be provided to him in its entirety, subject to full payment of all seats in the room (subject to availability).
  17. Upon check-out, guests are required to hand over to the administrator the keys, towels, bed linen and other items provided to the guest for temporary use.
  18. The administration has the right to refuse the guest to check in, if the guest is in a state of alcohol, drugs or other intoxication, as well as out of the proper condition.
  19. There is a video surveillance system on a Hostel territory. Please, note that the use of video cameras in the common areas of the Hostel.
